The registry issued its 500th active certificate this month. The establishment behind it is a six-therapist studio in Sydney that applied in 2020, failed its first audit on record-keeping, corrected the finding, and has passed every audit since — which is a more honest picture of the network than the round number is.
Where the network stands
- 500 active certificates across 12 countries.
- Roughly 3,400 licensed therapists on the register.
- 61 applications declined or withdrawn since 2019, most for unverifiable therapist licences.
- 4 certificates currently suspended, all published on the verification page.
The number that matters
A certification network is only worth the certificates it is willing to withdraw. The 61 declined applications and 4 live suspensions are the reason the other 500 mean anything, and both figures stay public on the verification page for exactly that reason.
We would rather certify 500 establishments a client can trust than 5,000 they have to guess about.

What comes next
Growth targets are deliberately modest. The registry expects to pass 700 establishments during 2027, constrained by audit capacity rather than demand — the cross-border licensing framework and the v4 audit cadence both land first.
